About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paste Crew member to join our team at Barminco. As a key member of our underground operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient construction of ventilation/paste walls and underground infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in a Paste or Service Crew role
  • Substantial knowledge of underground practices and procedures
  • Operate Underground machinery such as integrated tool carriers and light vehicles
  • Construct ventilation/paste walls and underground infrastructure
  • Assist in air leg operation, hand installation and grouting of cable bolts, and installation and removal of steel paste pipes
  • Support other underground roles as required for installation, maintenance, and repair of air and water and ventilation services
  • Hold all valid and relevant qualifications, licenses, and certificates (RPL's)
  • Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence
  • Current National Police Clearance (valid within six months)
