Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Paste or Service Crew role.
  • Substantial knowledge of underground practices.
  • Experience operating Underground machinery such as integrated tool carriers and light vehicles.
  • Construction of ventilation/paste walls and underground infrastructure.
  • Air leg operation.
  • Hand installation and grouting of cable bolts.
  • Installation and removal of steel paste pipes.
  • Assisting other underground roles as required for installation, maintenance, and repair of air and water and ventilation services.
  • All valid and relevant qualifications, licenses, and certificates (RPLs).
  • Valid Manual Australian Drivers License.
  • Current National Police Clearance (valid within six months).
  • A strong focus on safety and hazard identification.
