About us:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in delivering successful payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation, with a proven ability to deliver successful Payroll solutions.

The consultant will be involved in every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from gathering client requirements and configuring solutions to leading complex testing processes and managing stakeholder expectations. They will also be responsible for mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process mapping and modelling, strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives. They will also be committed to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.
