Cardiothoracic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled healthcare professional to join our team in a 24-bed cardiothoracic ward. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and be a strong communicator with excellent teamworking skills.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care, including cardiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare staff.
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the relevant nursing regulatory body.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiothoracic nursing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cardiothoracic medicine, including anatomy, physiology, and treatment options.
