We are seeking skilled Cardiothoracic Nurses to join our dedicated healthcare team. This unit specializes in caring for cardiothoracic patients, including those recovering from heart and lung surgeries, as well as other cardiac-related conditions.
As a member of a close-knit and supportive nursing team, you will collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary group, all guided by the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM).
This role requires flexibility to work a seven-day rotating roster, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education are provided, ensuring you have the tools to succeed and grow in your role.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiothoracic patients in a 24-bed ward.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM).
- Deliver patient-centered care, involving patients in treatment and recovery planning.
- Participate in onboarding and ongoing education with support from the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE).
