Job Description:

A seasoned professional is sought to lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Identity Manager solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to identity and access management.
  • Design and implement MIM solutions to meet business needs, including user provisioning, access request, role-based access control, and workflow automation.
  • Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations with other systems to enhance MIM functionality.
  • Perform MIM infrastructure planning, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for MIM-related problems.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of MIM solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to other team members and end-users on MIM functionality and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in a complex enterprise environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or VBScript.
  • Experience with identity management integration, including Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar.
