Senior Pricing Lead for Veterinary Services

We are seeking a seasoned pricing expert to spearhead our veterinary services pricing strategy. As a Senior Pricing Lead, you will drive the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies, lead key initiatives, and manage the timely development of price operations and reporting.

Pricing Leadership Role
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for clinics and hospitals that align with our integrated pet care model and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive key pricing initiatives, improve pricing processes, and enhance decision-making quality.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of all price operations, processes, and reporting systems.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with operations teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Improved Billing & Margin Capture Strategy

The successful candidate will:

  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve invoicing in clinics and hospitals.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize billing and reduce missed billings.
  • Enhance billing structures within hospital and clinic Practice Management Systems.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to manage cost price changes and improve margin capture.
Strategy & Innovation Pillar

The Senior Pricing Lead will:

  • Develop and recommend pricing mechanisms for clinics and hospitals within our Future PIMS project.
  • Make recommendations for changes to pricing structures based on market developments.
