HVAC Mechanical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to lead our commercial and industrial construction projects.

  • Contract negotiation and scope of work management
  • Obtaining necessary permits from authorities
  • Determining project resources, considering budget limitations
  • Planning construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases
  • Labor supervision and guidance
  • Progress evaluation and report preparation
  • Health and safety standards adherence and issue reporting
  • Warranty follow-up and customer satisfaction maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading high-profile construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
