About the Role:

As a key member of the Ray White and Loan Market team, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and ensuring our website appears on the first page of Google for mortgage-related searches in Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team, someone who can develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting thorough keyword research to identify high-value targets
  • Providing recommendations to optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs
  • Performing website audits to identify technical SEO issues and proposing enhancements
  • Utilizing analytics tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior
  • Conducting A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes
  • Providing analytics on search initiatives and making adjustments as needed
  • Researching and providing recommendations on SEO platforms to improve our online presence

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies
  • Proficiency in a range of SEO and digital marketing tools, including SEMRush, ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Rank Ranger, and ScreamingFrog
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with a passion for digital marketing and SEO
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as administration and project management skills
