Class Actions Solicitor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced law clerks and solicitors to prepare matters for conferences and hearings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Effectively assess claims, including liability and quantum.
  • Develop strong professional working relationships with stakeholders in class actions, including clients and funders.
  • Take an active role in mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience being involved in or running class actions as a fee earner.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal documentation.
  • An ability to question and challenge the status quo.
