Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Efficiency Expertise: Assess site designs for cost efficiencies and propose alternative design schemes that are more economical to build.
  • Collaboration and Advice: Provide advice to colleagues and suppliers on economical design solutions, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Site Audit and Validation: Conduct site audit checks for cost efficiency and validate the accuracy of high Price Exclusion (PE) and Variation costs submitted by suppliers.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Significant program delivery experience in telecommunications internal, external infrastructure construction, or ICT industry.
  • Expertise: Expert knowledge of telecommunications internal and external infrastructure construction details, relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge in mobile site design and build methodologies, and site pricing activities.
