Job Description

We are seeking skilled Laboratory Technicians to join our dynamic team in a leading international manufacturer of food products.

This is an excellent opportunity for proactive and detail-oriented individuals with a background in Food Science or quality assurance in a food manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for conducting wet and dry quality tests on raw materials and finished goods in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine quality tests following company procedures.
  • Conduct Critical Control Point verification checks.
  • Accurately enter QA data into software systems and maintain digital records.
  • Raise and follow up on Non-Conformances and block stock processes.
  • Conduct temperature checks and support shelf-life validation programs.
  • Perform water and air plate testing as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and collaborate closely with production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree in Food Science (or equivalent relevant laboratory / industry experience).
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing QA or laboratory setting.
  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and food safety standards.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and prior software experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Full working rights in the country of employment.
