About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive real impact in our Disability Services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential services in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the administration of all projects in Sydney
  • Support the development of specific proposals and budgets
  • Act as the central contact and project coordinator for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery of high quality, innovative services
  • Work with the team to create an employee and client experience that delivers exceptional value to clients
  • Evaluate service delivery to ensure that client needs are being met in a safe and effective way
  • Coordination of daily operations across all SIL & SDA houses, Community Access support and Day Program

About You:

  • 5+ years working in the Disability sector, either residential/respite services/SIL&SDA/Community
  • Experience supporting a range of people with a disability with an understanding of their complex needs
  • Relevant qualifications in management and disability, health or welfare
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • A NSW driver's license, First Aid Certificate and Police Check (or be willing to apply for one)
  • Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and the people we support
