Electronics and Electrical Engineer Role

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment, including power systems, data networks, and ruggedised computing.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for engineering to join our team and take on key responsibilities such as analysing electronic products and electrical systems for EMI/EMC compliance, contributing to engineering documentation and configuration management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will require a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science or information technology, Australian citizenship to meet Defence security requirements, and a strong interest in areas such as radiofrequency (RF) engineering, satellite communications, RF design, antenna design, or microwave telecommunications.

We offer a 24-month Graduate Program that provides a structured framework for skill development and a tailored journey for each individual. You will have the opportunity to remain within one business unit for the entire duration, immersing yourself in team dynamics and project work, and gaining essential skills for a successful transition into full-time work.
