Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Liaison Specialist to provide exceptional customer support services. This individual will be the primary point of contact for up to 30 clients throughout the construction phase and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with clients via regular updates, ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide administrative support, including building permit acquisition and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role for a residential builder or project-based organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
