We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to cover a six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial period depending on team movement.
- Conducting end-to-end prestart meetings with clients as required
- Prestart costing coordination based on information gathered at prestart meetings
- Amending and updating building documentation to accurately reflect prestart changes
- Compiling final documents for client approval after changes have been documented and corresponded
- Assisting Contract Administration in preparing documents required for the prestart meeting
About You:
- Experience working within a WA residential building company in a prestart/client liaison role is highly regarded
- A strong understanding and commitment to providing high-level customer service during the building process
- Client-focused organizational skills with the professionalism and attention to detail to meet deadlines and construction timeframes
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and adapt within the office to assist where required
