About the role Property Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Sales Professional to join our team.

As a Property Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Listing and selling properties to expand our real estate business
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their current and future needs
  • Participating in Branch business development programs to achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
  • Ensuring personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
  • Working with our team to provide clients with innovative solutions

About You

To succeed at our company, you should have:

  • A current Real Estate Licence and valid driver's licence (essential)
  • A sound understanding of the local property market and surrounding region
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as AgentBox (preferred)
