About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fibreglass Repair Specialist to join our valued and experienced team at Sands Fridge Lines. As a Fibreglass Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining fibreglass components on our semi-trailers and rigid truck boxes.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain fibreglass components using gel coat, resins, and other power tools
- Remove damaged components and prepare for new parts
- Grind, sand, trim, and clean the identified area to a high standard
- Fitting of new parts and equipment
- Demonstrate ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality first time
- High levels of self-motivation with a positive attitude and pride in workmanship
- Ensure a safe, clean, and tidy work area is always maintained
Requirements
- Strong fibreglass experience
- 2 pack painting experience is desirable
- Attention to detail and ability to provide high quality workmanship
