As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product management of our EV charging hardware and software products. This involves managing market offerings, roadmaps, and end-to-end sales cycles, including strategic planning, development, and execution.

You will work closely with our R&D teams to gather and prioritize product requirements related to compliance, regulation, and features. You will also develop detailed technical specifications and approaches, as well as lead the market requirements definition process for new or significantly revised products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic product management programs to ensure competitive positioning of EV charging hardware and software products.
  • Ensure continual market analysis and competitive positioning.
  • Represent the company with partners to provide a professional and credible company image and ensure business objectives can be met.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales functions to ensure business objectives are met in key markets segments by identifying and responding to local market needs and opportunities.

Benefits:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior product management experience in the energy management or electric vehicle sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering results in a B2B environment.
  • Seasoned communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (electrical or telecommunications-related field) preferred.
