Opportunity exists for a highly skilled Internal Audit Leader to join the Finance Division of Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN).

NALHN is a dynamic and growing healthcare network that provides care for over 400,000 people living in the northern metropolitan area of Adelaide.

The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care to the community and will have opportunities for professional growth within a culture of collaboration, respect, integrity, and accountability.

The role involves formulating and implementing internal audit frameworks, plans, and procedures that impact whole-of-network operations, providing expert advice on assurance matters, conducting independent reviews of critical business processes, and leading the assurance capabilities within NALHN.

Key requirements include a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or a related discipline, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and resilience in a complex environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in internal audit leadership, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
