Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Corporate group. As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will work closely with Partners and other lawyers on complex transactions in the market.

The successful candidate will be involved in public and private Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work across a range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be involved in public and private Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work
  • Deliver highly successful outcomes in Mergers & Acquisitions for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and around the world
  • Gain exposure across a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice, ideally from a top tier or international firm
  • An ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters
  • Excellent academics
  • A desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others
