The Northern Beaches Veteran Wellbeing Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual for the role of Centre Coordinator. As a key point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service to veterans, their families, community members, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide outstanding service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including managing incoming calls, client queries, and administrative tasks.

  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure adherence to client record management policies and protocols, maintaining accurate documentation and correspondence.
