Mondelez International is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Inventory Lead. As part of our Production Planning and Inventory team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the site inventory control for Cadbury chocolate and crumb is operating at peak performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. They will be accountable for driving a culture of excellence within the team, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy and implementing best practices to achieve operational efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Claremont site, the largest Cadbury factory in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. The site produces 200 million blocks and 60,000 tonnes of chocolate annually, making it a critical component of our global operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the Production Planning and Inventory team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. You will also provide SAP reporting across the plant and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive inventory accuracy and reduce waste.
  • Provide training on CI tools and techniques to team members.
  • Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.
  • Establish new work standards to sustain improvements.
