About the Role

PSC Consulting is currently seeking a seasoned Lead Power System Studies Specialist to drive technical excellence and innovation in our Power Networks service offering. As a key leader in our global team, you will be responsible for developing and validating advanced models for power system simulations, conducting feasibility studies for integrating renewable and conventional generation systems, and guiding the preparation of detailed technical reports.

You will lead comprehensive power system studies, engage with international teams to coordinate multi-faceted projects from inception to completion, mentor and develop junior engineers, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and provide high-level client and project leadership.

This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in power system studies, an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on power systems, expertise in using industry-standard simulation software, and a track record of leading projects and delivering solutions in a client-focused and collaborative manner.
