  • Developing contract management plans and strategies ensuring all parts of the business are considered.
Essential qualifications include:
  • Extensive experience in procurement category management, including creating category plans and delivering to senior executives within similar industries.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate others to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance conflicting priorities.
  • Superior interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions and experience in negotiation of commercial contracts.
Desirable qualifications include:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or working towards qualification.
  • Professional membership from a relevant procurement/contracting association.
  • Proven experience working with environmental, social, and governance environments.
