Your Role in Our Mission
  • You will promote our radiology product portfolio of devices, contrast media, and Digital and informatics solutions to customers in public and private radiology settings.
  • You will grow and maintain our business by undertaking customer relationship management, managing capital sales, and contrast media processes in the public and private healthcare sectors.

As a key member of our team, you will develop and present new business models and customer-oriented portfolio solutions that enhance efficiency and position Bayer as a leading solutions provider. You will also provide ongoing application support that enables the adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our radiology portfolio products to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Analyze territories for business opportunities and execute marketing plans.
  • Develop and build strong customer relationships at Key Opinion Leader facilities.
  • Present and represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and user group meetings.
  • Provide application support at clinical demonstrations and post-purchase workflow solutions support.
  • Demonstrate products and provide training or application assistance where necessary to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive and timely market feedback to the company.
  • Maintain use of CRM and digital marketing tools daily.
  • Conform to expense budgets and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
  • Comply with all regulatory, compliance, post-market surveillance, and operational process guidelines.
  • Act as the face of the organization to customers.
  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder opportunities with long sales cycles.
  • Deliver revenue growth and expand our business through comprehensive account management and key customer management strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree qualification in a scientific or medical field.
  • Proven experience in radiology or the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of radiology, informatics, and digital solutions will be highly regarded.
  • The ability and willingness to travel.
  • High-level presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with, influence, and educate a range of clinical stakeholders.
  • A high level of motivation and ability to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse customer base.
  • The ability to meet objectives while operating autonomously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and focus on contributing to wider organizational outcomes.
  • The ability to work flexibly with competing priorities and deadlines and maintain strong internal relationships to support business activities.
  • A full driver's license.
