Cloud Computing Professional Wanted

The federal government department seeks a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement robust, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures on AWS and Azure platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define multi-cloud technical solutions.
  • Lead the deployment of cloud solutions, including hands-on configuration, coding, and integration with AWS, Microsoft 365 services, Azure, on-premises and SaaS solutions.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with security and governance standards for all cloud environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services and best practices.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect with hands-on implementation expertise in AWS and Azure/M365.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation) and Azure services (e.g., Virtual Machines, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions).
  • Broad hybrid cloud environment experience.
  • Familiarity with GitLab.
  • Knowledge in containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Australian citizenship with NV1 or Baseline clearance is required. Alternatively, the candidate must have the ability to obtain clearance.
