We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to design and develop scalable cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in AWS and a passion for creating secure and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Cloud-Based Applications: Create serverless architecture and optimize backend applications in AWS.
  • Deliver Scalable Solutions: Develop secure and scalable solutions that support mission-critical systems.
  • Promote Modern Engineering Practices: Drive the adoption of CI/CD, observability, and automation within cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Integrate AI use cases into cloud-based platforms and own end-to-end delivery: design, build, deploy, and support.

Requirements:

  • AWS Experience: Solid experience with AWS cloud, particularly in serverless environments.
  • Coding Skills: Strong hands-on coding skills with .NET and C#.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a commercial/professional working environment.
  • Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and integration patterns.
  • Bonus Skill: Knowledge of Azure Devops is beneficial.
  • Infrastructure Understanding: Understanding of infrastructure, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Location: Ability to work onsite in north west Sydney 2-3 days per week.
