Job Role: Assistant House Supervisor

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of residential care workers to provide consistent, high-quality care.
  • Develop targeted interventions for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors.
  • Foster positive relationships with young people exhibiting social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties.
Key Requirements
  • A relevant diploma or degree with practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and supervise a team of residential care workers.
  • A valid driver's license; satisfactory criminal history check; valid employee working with children check; and current NDIS workers screening check.
