Global Currency Sales Representative

The role involves providing first-class customer service to international travelers by buying and selling foreign currency. Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals.
- Building customer rapport and encouraging repeat business.
- Performing daily branch duties.
Requirements:
- Previous Retail or Customer Service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities are required to help customers understand their foreign currency needs.
- The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, promoting our services while working towards targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic individuals who adhere to procedures are suited to this role.
- We offer in-depth training, competitive pay, and an exciting incentive scheme for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure is necessary.
- Hours: 38 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia.
