Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Foreign Currency Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on foreign currency solutions to customers.

About the Role

This is a casual role requiring availability to work late night trade and weekends in our Melbourne city stores. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on foreign currency solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and products to provide informed advice to customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong mathematical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
