We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description

As a Document Controller, you will be an integral part of our contract administration team, responsible for daily operations, document control, and administration of projects. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team in Cairns to support the delivery of a multi-year design and construction contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • QA checking of all documentation for correct numbering, revision control, status, format, title, and legibility.
  • Receiving, tracking, and issuing contractor design documentation.
  • Assisting with preparation of weekly/monthly project reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
  • Liaising with client counterparts, including the Document Controller and Project Administrator.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven general administration experience, ideally as a Document Controller, with working knowledge of document control software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise and consult with staff at all levels within the organisation and external clients.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility of tasks and work.
