Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Intelligent Automation professional to lead the evolution of our program across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in Intelligent Automation, preferably within Insurance or Financial Services. They should have demonstrated expertise in implementing automation strategy and successfully executing programs in an Agile environment.

This role involves taking ownership of the Intelligent Automation program, designing and developing best practice solutions, collaborating with architects and engineers, producing high-quality design documentation, leading project planning, and establishing testing procedures.

A key requirement is multiple years of experience in solution design and continuous improvement, change or project management, along with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cloud computing and AI technologies is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing Intelligent Automation projects that achieve customer, time, cost, and benefit outcomes
  • Taking ownership of the Intelligent Automation program
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation
  • Implementing solutions that meet business requirements
Requirements:
  • Prior Intelligent Automation experience, preferably within Insurance/Financial Services
  • Demonstrated experience implementing automation strategy and successfully executing programs in an Agile environment
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Multiple years of experience in solution design and continuous improvement, change or project management
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and AI technologies
