Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial management and ensure compliance with corporate policies, US GAAP, SOX, and local regulations;Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, internal controls, and governance frameworks;Manage statutory reporting, taxation, and audit requirements, ensuring adherence to deadlines;Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to provide financial insights and performance analysis;Implement and enhance financial systems to improve automation and efficiency;Drive cost optimisation initiatives and support business transformation strategies;Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, vendor payment approvals, and banking relationships;Lead and mentor the Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable teams.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • Ideally, you will be CPA or CA qualified;
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and local taxation regulations;
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing finance teams;
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills, with SAP experience highly regarded;
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities;
  • Experience within FMCG, wholesale, or manufacturing industries is advantageous.
