We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Director to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking for flexibility while making a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage cash flow and forecast financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including experience in a management or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar).
