Leadership Opportunity in Workday HCM Consulting

This is a chance to take on a pivotal role, guiding the delivery team and ensuring the program aligns with business goals.

  • Partner with clients to understand HR requirements and deliver tailored solutions from design through implementation.
  • Configure and customize multiple Workday modules to meet unique business processes and goals.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.
  • Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices and optimize system usage for long-term value.
  • Manage project delivery, identifying risks, mitigating them, and removing roadblocks.
  • Advise on system impacts, integration considerations, and process interdependencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of Workday experience with consulting expertise.
  • Active Workday Certification required.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of how Workday configuration affects cross-functional systems and workflows.
