Job Overview:
This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by managing traineeships across various clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor trainee progression in our system and maintain accurate records.
- Administer the traineeship lifecycle, including enrolment, unit completion, funding applications, and management of received funding.
- Attend client or government meetings as required and provide regular reporting on traineeship progress.
- Collaborate with our Operations Scheduler to schedule training sessions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, such as ASQA and DESBT/DTET.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and administrative skills are essential for this role.
