Department Leadership Position

**Job Overview**
JPS Medical Recruitment is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Department Head in General Medicine.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the department, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent outcomes.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $220,000 - $280,000 AUD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
**About the Role**
This part-time position requires 30 hours of work per week. You will report directly to the Clinical Director of Medical and Cancer Services and be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team environment.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
