The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and team development.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating unique experiences for our guests and is committed to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the bar team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes open communication and collaboration
  • Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role within a bar or hospitality setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, customer service, and sales
  • Valid RSA Certificate
  • Valid WWCC (Working With Children Check) Certificate
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results
