We are currently seeking new team members to join our team in the Brisbane & Gold Coast area. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work directly with Stryker medical equipment and technologies, providing technical support, service, completing repairs and managing the requirements of Stryker medical customers.

This technical hands-on role will see you partner with our customers as you provide a seamless technical service experience that will have an immense impact on hospital and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to Stryker customers onsite, completing reactive repairs and preventative maintenance to Stryker installed equipment.
  2. Support the business to ensure the highest standard and quality of service is provided to our customers across Australia and New Zealand.
  3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and increase brand awareness through the development of strong, communicative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to solve problems.
  4. Work closely and support our Senior Field Service Engineer to ensure KPIs, goals and objectives are met.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  2. Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools (e.g. pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammer, etc.), soldering, power tools and test/inspect equipment.
  3. Proven mechanical/electrical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Have the ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and repair complex installations.
  5. A positive and enthusiastic team attitude.
  6. Own vehicle & drivers license.
  7. Electrical license and tagging & testing experience (desirable).
