Job Title: Engineering Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at Stryker Australia Pty Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work directly with Stryker medical equipment and technologies, providing technical support, service, and repairs to our customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Stryker customers onsite, completing reactive repairs and preventative maintenance to Stryker installed equipment.
  • Support the business to ensure the highest standard and quality of service is provided to our customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and increase brand awareness through the development of strong, communicative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our Senior Field Service Engineer to ensure KPIs, goals, and objectives are met.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools, and test/inspect equipment.
  • Proven mechanical/electrical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, and repair complex installations.
  • A positive and enthusiastic team attitude.
  • Own vehicle and driver's license.
  • Electrical license and tagging and testing experience (desirable).
