Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead growth strategy across APAC – managing paid and organic user acquisition
  • Own multi-million dollar performance marketing budgets and deliver on KPIs like ROAS, LTV, and CPI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test new ad concepts, video assets, and playables
  • Partner with product and monetisation to ensure alignment on player experience and growth targets
  • Drive ASO, influencer campaigns, and community-led initiatives to support organic scale
  • Build dashboards, lead A/B testing, and use data to continuously refine strategy
  • Manage and develop a team of UA managers, analysts, and creatives
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Significant experience in user acquisition or growth marketing within mobile gaming or consumer tech
  • Proven track record of scaling mobile games using both paid and organic strategies
  • Strong understanding of LTV modelling, cohort analysis, and performance data
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust) and major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
  • A natural leader – someone who brings structure, clarity, and energy to their team
