Automotive Service Supervisor Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an Automotive Service Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets our high standards, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations.
  • Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop services.
  • Lead, manage, and train team members.
  • Supervise up to ten employees.
  • Maintain inventory counts and ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
  • General automotive knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Team-building skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and processes.
  • Proficiency with computers and software.
