The Employment Coach plays a vital role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy, focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability.

This position centers on mentoring participants to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored plans and fostering a work-ready mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a caseload of participants with individualized plans
  • Achieve team KPIs in line with requirements
  • Deliver coaching and support to participants in line with our Service Delivery Model
  • Build rapport and trust with participants to develop Action Plans based on strengths, goals, and support needs
