At Sedgwick, we prioritize taking care of our people and our clients. As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing motor claims end-to-end, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with relevant service agreements and codes.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in this dynamic role. If you have previous experience in managing motor claims, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.

About This Role:

  • Process all claims within delegated authority;
  • Meet claim deadlines as per our service level agreement;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

About You:

  • Previous experience in managing motor claims;
  • Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;
  • The ability to work independently and within a team;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
