This is a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, focusing on social inclusion for children, families, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children facing vulnerability due to developmental delay, disability, trauma, cultural diversity or other risk factors.
- Promote early childhood outcomes through expert advice, support, and coaching to teams.
- Deliver professional development sessions to Centre Directors, Educators, and staff on inclusive practices in ECEC.
- Collaborate with not-for-profit organisations and government departments to enhance the impact of social inclusion strategies within local communities.
- Bachelor qualifications in early childhood education and/or health or welfare related disciplines.
- Experience in leading change and delivering inclusive services in education or healthcare settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of community networks and resources, with ability to develop partnerships and programs.
