As a Sustainability Assurance Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Audit & Assurance Quality (AAQ) team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's sustainability assurance methodology, ensuring it aligns with Australian Standards on Sustainability Assurance Engagements (ASSA).

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Develop and maintain the company's sustainability assurance methodology.">
  • Provide technical guidance and respond to complex queries on sustainability assurance engagements.">
  • Collaborate with audit and assurance teams to ensure effective application of assurance methodology.">
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sustainability assurance specialists.">
  • Monitor changes in regulatory and standard-setting environment and ensure timely integration into methodology and practice.">
  • Support technical learning and design relevant learning programs.">
  • Engage in thought leadership projects and contribute to responses to regulatory consultations.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Graduate degree in Accounting, Economics or Business majoring in Accounting and/or Finance is required. You must also hold CA Qualified (or equivalent) status.

Excellent technical accounting knowledge and skills, including applied knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards are essential.

">

Demonstrated experience in performing and/or reviewing sustainability assurance engagements is necessary.

Broad range of client experience across various industries is also required.
