Insurance Litigation Lawyer / Senior Associate – 3+ PAE (Plaintiff or Defendant)

Work on complex insurance litigation in a respected national law firm that values your expertise and supports your career growth. Based in Brisbane, this 3+ PAE role offers the opportunity to manage high-value matters across indemnity, liability, and quantum for a range of clients.

You Will:

Act on significant insurance claims from start to resolution

Advise clients on indemnity, liability, and quantum issues

Draft pleadings, manage evidence, and handle mediations

Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners in a high-performing team

We welcome applications from lawyers with plaintiff or defendant insurance litigation experience. Your background will be seen as an asset, and you'll have the chance to work on challenging matters with mentoring and career development.

About you:

Admitted as a Solicitor in Australia with 3+ years PAE
