Job Opportunity: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to fill the role of Disability Support Worker, providing vital care and support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.

This is a casual opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional support services. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current National Police Check (no more than 6 months old)
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance
Benefits:

This role offers competitive hourly rates from $31.50 per hour and includes supplemental pay types such as penalty rates. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Experience and Qualifications:

Prior experience in disability support is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who possess a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
