About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Procurement Lead to join our UKGI Claims Supply Chain team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maximising value through the end-to-end commercial management of Aviva's motor claims supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sourcing and supply chain strategies to drive value for money and mitigate risk.
- Develop and negotiate agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including category expertise and emerging technologies.
- Support the delivery of Aviva's Net Zero ambitions and contribute to the development of sustainable procurement practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a focus on motor insurance claims.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building relationships and delivering results.
- MCIPS qualification or equivalent, with a degree in business or finance.

- Starting salary circa £75,000, with a bonus opportunity of 12% of annual salary.
